PALAU

Experience the incredible biodiversity of Palau, Micronesia; the first nation in the world to establish a shark sanctuary!

Immerse yourself into millions of sting-less golden jellies at the world-famous Jellyfish Lake, come face to face with giant, charismatic Napoleon Wrasse at Blue Corner, and observe the graceful Manta rays at the German Channel cleaning station. Kayak the rock islands, explore remote beaches, and visit historical World War II sites.  You will also interact with locals and learn about their unique matrilineal clan-based culture.

Marine biologist, Dr. Lei Lani Stelle, and wildlife photographer, Shane Keena, will lead this expedition. Our years of leading travel groups to Palau have formed close connections, providing our participants with a nuanced perspective and holistic learning experience.
